Payments, Billing, Refunds

Membership fees are paid upfront for a 12-month term. Membership fees are non-refundable once the first service has been booked or after 30 days from purchase, whichever comes first.

Transferability

Remaining membership months may be transferred to a new property owner or moved to your new address within our service area.

Contractor Relationship (independent contractor)

Contractors are independent providers. Proofstead does not employ contractors and is not the direct provider of contractor labor.
