2. Refund Policy: To maintain our exclusive member availability and low rates, membership fees are non-refundable once the first service has been booked or after 30 days from purchase, whichever comes first.
3. Transferability: Selling your home? Your remaining membership months can be transferred to the new property owner or moved to your new address within our service area.
